The staff were very nice and professional. Comfort suites hotels generally are all the same, but this one is set a part because they provided services (bottle of water, little snacks, one night of pizza etc..) it’s the little things that made this stay enjoyable after a long day on a week work trip. It was impressive that this level of service is provided, sort of humanize the experience and I appreciated the generosity. Again, rare in these types of businesses unless you’re paying for it.. so I commend them on their hospitality and genuine customer service.

Stayed for 2 weeks for work- Kareem was SO nice and welcoming. Anything we needed he was happy to help and accommodate. My bed and room were cleaned daily without asking. All areas were clean from laundry facilities to the workout area. If you need a no frills, clean stay, 10/10

Stayed for 3 weeks. Room was very big. Hotel guest workers were super nice and always helpful. They even put together a few dinners for our group over the weeks we stayed. Centrally located to everything East Chase. Gym could be bigger and no pool either but other than that, great spot.

My stay at the academy was exceptional thanks to Rasul at the front desk, who consistently anticipated and addressed every guest’s needs including mine, making me feel genuinely valued. The housekeeping team did a phenomenal job keeping my room spotless, and coming back to a perfectly pristine space each evening became the highlight of my day. With the number of packages I ordered during my stay, I truly appreciated the team personally delivering each one to my room, giving me peace of mind without having to worry about missed deliveries. Kareem at the front desk was equally amazing, knowing he was on duty meant I could trust that everything was managed smoothly. I can’t thank the entire team enough for making this stay so comfortable, stress free, and memorable.

I stayed at this hotel for 22 days, and it was absolutely phenomenal! The service was top-notch, the rooms were impeccably clean, and every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond—definitely A+ all around. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and exceptional stay!

The hotel was clean and overall a pleasant stay, though not the best Comfort Suites we've experienced. We were a bit disappointed not to receive the usual snack gift for members, which we've come to expect from other locations. Unlike some Comfort Suites, this one does not offer all-day tea and beverages, which was also missed. The location is somewhat inconvenient, as it's situated across the highway from most restaurants—you’ll need to drive a bit further and loop back to access dining options. Breakfast was adequate, though the eggs and sausage were only lukewarm. Still, the property is well-maintained and the accommodations were comfortable.
